How do I pull in fresh FB Lead form data

To pull in fresh information from a test form (FB Leads) and send it to Whatsapp Business so it can send a template message.

Hi, I’m struggling to pull in fresh data for testing purposes. I’ve created a test lead in FB Leads, and am adding a number to that lead before running in Make. However, it continues to come up blank and throwing up a number formatting error when I’m sending it to Whatsapp so it sends a message.

The operation failed with an error. [400] [131009] (#131009) Parameter value is not valid The phone number is malformed: Please use the format: +1234567890.

Thanks for the detailed description!

To help troubleshoot this, could you please share a screenshot of your Make scenario setup, along with the input/output bundle from the FB Leads module and the WhatsApp module?

This will help me see exactly how the phone number is being passed through so we can identify the formatting issue.

Hey there,

you can reformat incoming phone numbers with the Parse a phone number module. It will give you outputs in several different formats and validate the number (if its a phone number at all, not if its an active one).
