How long does support to get back to you?

What are you trying to achieve?

Hi everyone, I’m new here. Not computer savvy by any means so I’m getting stuck a lot. How long does support take to get back? Usually it’s 24 hrs with most companies. It’s only been 2 days for me but I’m still in my trial phase and I’m scared to commit to this platform if support takes 2-3+ weeks like I’m seeing here on this forum. That means if I get stuck for whatever reason, I might be paying for a month’s Pro subscription to wait to hear back?

Steps taken so far

Opened a ticket.

I sent a ticket less than a day ago at 21:17 local time, I got a non-automated response from “Mike T” at 21:20, so about three minutes on the Pro plan.

P.S.: Investing some effort into the Make Academy will save you lots of time and frustration using Make.
