How to best manage/organise multiple clients in make?

:bullseye: What is your goal?

I built a set of automations for our company and I’m selling it to a client and I wonder how to best set this up in Make.

 What is the problem?

Different organization (but then will I be able to easily copy-paste scenarios)? Using Folders (but then will I be able to monitor credit usage)? Any other way that I missed?

Hey Vincent,

you can easily copy-paste scenarios between organizations yes. The other option you are missing is the Teams plan and having different teams per different clients. Then you can track usage per team.

Thanks Stoyan,

What would you do? Can templates be shared across orgs?

Hi Vincent… I’m also in the same boat and my suggestion would be for the client to open their own Make account. This makes everything cleaner because they manage their subscription and have full ownership of the scenario. I think Make.com will also frown upon the idea of “sub-letting”.
