# How to create a proper whatsapp chatbot in make

Can someone guide me in developing a proper conversational whatsapp chatbot? i have all the right connections but the chatbot isn’t answering according to my questions. it only says “Thankyou for contacting and how can I assist you today?” that’s all it says. and doe not respond to my queries.
