Just reaching out to understand what was your process to define your target audience or customer persona.

And I’m not talking about the broad process explained in Wikipedia or a marketing blog, but your own experiences.

I noticed this is a topic not frequently or deeply discussed and wanted to gather some insight on your end.

It’s really important to find a target audience with a particular automation problem, and then solve that in a way you can resell over and over without making too many changes to the scenario. We did this with our QuickBooks for WildApricot scenario solution for example.
