How to handle error if rate limit of The Next Leg is 1 request per 3 seconds

So I create SaaS that using Midjourney automation (The Next Leg) that had low rate limit (1 requests per 3s for v1 and 1 requests per 1s for v2). any idea how to handle error when user access that feature at the same time?
