I’m trying to build an automation using Make and a platform called SenseData, which is a Customer Success tool widely used in Brazil.
Unfortunately, SenseData is not listed among Make’s native apps, and I couldn’t find any existing integration templates or examples online (Reddit, forums, etc.).
I’d like to know if anyone here has ever:
- Integrated SenseData using HTTP modules (via their API)?
- Connected it using Webhooks, either incoming or outgoing?
- Or used any kind of workaround (e.g., Google Sheets, custom apps, etc.)?
I’ve already checked their support site (https://ajuda.sensedata.com.br) but couldn’t find a public API documentation. I’m reaching out to their team as well.
If anyone has tips or has done something similar with other niche platforms, I’d really appreciate your input!
