Hey,
I have a webhook and my client triggers it every once a week. Till then my webhook has expired because of the 5-day limit.
How can I find a way to get over this situation?
A cron job for webhook? Would this work?
Or triggering the webhook from another scenario every day?

Simply keep the webhook “selected” in a scenario’s Custom Webhook trigger. Webhooks only expire if the webhook is not attached to ANY scenario.
If you don’t see the “Scenario” button in the Webhooks list, the custom webhook can expire.

However, if the webhook was attached to a scenario, and it still expired, then that’s a bug.
For bugs like this, directly contacting support can often lead to a faster resolution. They have access to your specific account details, scenario and scenario logs, server-side logs, and internal tools and resources, which allows them to investigate more thoroughly than what you have access to.
You can open a new ticket, or if you are unable to login for some reason, you also can reach support using the contact form on the website.
