How to pull out one news item from a site by tags?

I’m trying this combination:
notion
a table has been created there and there is a URL
further
Retrieve RSS Feed
This allows you to pull out, for example, 20 news items.
But I further need this data array to be processed by tags
I’m trying to specify them in the ChatGPT module
transform text structure data
and then I pass this on
in the text agregator and then everything collapses
It doesn’t find the news by tags and doesn’t separate it in any way.
Please help me understand the correct way to retrieve the news I need?
