Hi @MOZA I can take a look,

We are a small team of make.com experts and have developed plenty of complex integrations. This project should not be a challenge to us.

If you are interested we would love to help you, you can schedule a call in here: https://cal.com/aspirity/discovery?utm_source=make discovery or check our website www.aspirity.com

Hi MOZA,

This is something we can definitely help with.

We’re UK-based at Flowbird Ltd, a Make Partner, and we regularly troubleshoot and fix complex HTTP module issues in Make scenarios including header handling, authentication issues, API response parsing, and debugging long-running builds like this.

If you’d like, feel free to DM me or email me at [email protected] and we can take a look.

Many Thanks,
Roshan

hiya yeah what do you need

@MOZA 9 weeks usually means the issue is not just “where are the headers” but one of these: the API is returning them only on redirects/errors, Make is showing them under a different bundle than expected, or the module is not set to expose the full response.

I’d check it in this order: enable full response/advanced settings on the HTTP module, test the same request in Postman/curl, compare response headers there against Make’s output bundle, then isolate whether auth/redirects are changing the response.

If you want another set of eyes, DM me the module screenshots and the API endpoint docs with any private tokens hidden. I can usually spot the root cause pretty quickly.

Hi MOZA,

Nine weeks is a long time to be stuck on the same issue.

I’ve worked with Make HTTP modules, APIs, webhooks and AI integrations, and I’d be happy to help troubleshoot this without rebuilding your scenario from scratch.

Could you share:

- Which API you’re calling?

- What response you’re expecting?

- What headers you’re trying to access?

- A screenshot of the HTTP module output or the execution log (with any sensitive data removed)?

Once I can see the response structure, I should be able to identify where the mapping is breaking.

Happy to take a look.

Hi! I’m Misha, an automation and LLM integration expert. I can help you finally get this project over the finish line by taking a deep technical look at the existing Make.com workflow, tracing the full data path from Retell AI webhook inputs through the AI Toolkit and into your calendar, email, SMS, and Google Sheets modules to find exactly where the breakdown is happening. I won’t waste time rebuilding what already exists — I’ll diagnose the root cause, fix the field mapping, variables, module configurations, and any API/data structure issues, then test the complete booking flow end to end. The goal is to turn your 9 weeks of frustration into a working, reliable automation that books appointments correctly, keeps customer data synchronized, and gives you a system you can confidently use in production.
