# Instagram Oauth issue

Hi I have a scenario that does instagram posts based off of a database. The issue is that I keep getting this error below:
The operation failed with an error. An unknown error has occurred. (1, OAuthException)
Make support says this is an issue on Instagram’s side and I should contact instagram but I doubt they would ever respond to something like this. I tried removing hashtags, shortening the post text. but nothing seems to be working. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt.
Has anyone been able to fix this problem?

Heya!
I believe this is an API issue on the Instagram side, I tried to check in the web but did not find any so it’s best to approach to their support team about this error for clarity.
