Hi i try post Carousel Mixed Content in make instegram module and i get this error Instagram Carousel Mixed Content - Video upload return error “Media upload has failed with error code 0” in raw logs i see this error RAW logs of that execution: ![Screenshot 2025-06-15 at 13.28.41](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/flex013/uploads/make/original/3X/a/d/ada068756c185cd923e6af088c42ee8297c693e7.jpeg) but i cant found any answer about this problem ---

Hey there, the only reference I could find about error 0 is that its some sort of time out. First, try isolating which items in the array is causing it. Most likely its a video file. Then try adding an error handler route that has a sleep module which waits for some time and then check the status of the video again. ---

Hi there @Guy_Hasson - did you manage to solve this? I have the same issue since last week, a flow that post to Instagram as Reel is failing with status Error: Media upload has failed with error code 0 ---

I got this today. thought maybe my site’s cloudflare’s bot fight mode was blocking access from instagram… but i moved my video file to non-cloudflare site and same issue my file is a mp4 file, made using capcut which uploads fine to tiktok via api, or even to instagram if done manually. what could be the issue? im going to check the instagram connection to make. sometimes they expire EDIT. IG connections were fine. I noticed though it says Facebook “Business” so i tested more and found that the same module that fails to upload WILL upload the same video to another Ig account which is a Business Account. So I think recently there has been change to enforce that you can only create Reels from [make.com](http://make.com) on IG if the IG page you select in the module is a Business account and not a Creator Account. Which is a shame ---

I’m experiencing the same issue. When I try to publish a video carousel, I get the following error message: **“[200] Error: Media upload has failed with error code 0.”** Has anyone found a solution or received any updates on this? ---
