Hello I’m facing an issue for a few days I’m trying to create an automation to transcribe audio files to text (using whisper) and here’s the message I’m getting all the time : [400] Invalid file format. Supported formats: [‘flac’, ‘m4a’, ‘mp3’, ‘mp4’, ‘mpeg’, ‘mpga’, ‘oga’, ‘ogg’, ‘wav’, ‘webm’] I looked around and there’s someone having the same problem, unfortunately no solution provided. I am following all instructions I found until this moment, yet the problem persists. Oke, I checked on a different file (apollo 13 ogg) and it worked. I guess there’s something with m4a? Previous file was uploaded to g drive straight from a samsung phone voice recorder ---

Sometimes it could be invalid characters in the file name, or the file size is too large. Alternatively, you can use another app like [CloudConvert](https://www.make.com/en/integrations/cloudconvert) to convert the audio file to a different format. ---
