I am building out a private community hosted on Circle that I do not charge for and only my customers will get access to. I want to have member approval so they don’t get automatic access or that anyone can just access by registering, as this is not a feature of Circle’s yet and you need to use an external form to do membership approval.
Zapier has an approval template where I could have a customer fill in and a form, their details go into the approval template and then there is a “Approval” or “Deny” button. If I click approve, the customer is given the link to my Circle community. If I click deny, they are sent an email of why they were denied.
I am just wondering if Make has an inbuilt template like this or if anyone knows of anything similar before I possibly build out an automation through Make and Notion for a trigger to approve the customer when they are moved into a different column.
