Hi All. New to [Make.com](http://Make.com) and am having a challenge with the Watch - ChatGPT - Draft scenario for Outlook 365. The issues are: 1. HTML Format: I have read a number of posts about the issues with poor text layout. I have removed the instruction from ChatGPT to format in HTML and used the code: {{replace(1.choices[].message.content; "/\n{2,}/g"; " ")}} 1. This improved the layout but there is still no line break between each sentence (strangely when I paste the email into this forum, it displays with the line breaks (I have removed the breaks for clarity on this post). 2. Also, it has added in `html and ` at the end. Email content below: ````html Dear Sam Fra, Thank you for reaching out to us again, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I understand that you have mentioned making the payment on the 12th of November. We appreciate you providing this information. To help us resolve this matter swiftly, could you kindly forward us the remittance confirmation or any receipt you received? This will enable us to locate your payment and update our records accordingly. Once verified, we will send you an email confirmation confirming the amount received and any further action taken. In the meantime, please rest assured that we are actively investigating this issue on our end. If there's anything else you need or any further assistance required, please feel free to reach out to us directly at enquiries@sport4kids.biz or on 0300 303 3866.
