Good afternoon,
I hope you are doing well. I am reaching out to request your assistance regarding a technical issue I am experiencing.
Current Situation: I currently have my WhatsApp account connected to Sendpulse to manage leads. However, Sendpulse does not allow me to integrate leads from web forms directly into the Chat conversations interface. To resolve this, I am trying to build an automation with the following workflow:
-
A web form sends lead information to a Make Webhook.
-
Make triggers an automatic WhatsApp message (template) to the phone number provided in the form.
To achieve this, I need to have two integrations active on the same WhatsApp account (Sendpulse and Make).
The Problem: I am unable to see or select my WhatsApp account when attempting to set up the integration in Make.
Steps I am following:
-
In Make, I create a scenario with the “WhatsApp Business Cloud” module and click “Create a connection.”
-
I set the “Connection Type” to whatsapp-business-cloud.
-
I select the “Signup Mode” as Regular (recommended).
-
A Facebook login window opens to finalize the integration. I select my Meta Business Portfolio, but at the stage where my WhatsApp account should appear for selection, it is missing from the list.
Technical Notes:
-
I have Full Control (Admin access) of the WhatsApp account and the Meta Business Suite.
-
I have an existing partner (CRM/BSP) associated with the account (Sendpulse).
-
Two-step verification is currently disabled on the WhatsApp account I am trying to use.
Could you please advise on what steps I should take to make my WhatsApp account visible so I can complete the integration in Make?
Thank you in advance for your help.
