Connect the Jira Modules via an Atlassian Service Account

:thinking: What is the problem & what have you tried?

I’m having issues connecting an Atlassian Service account to the Jira make module. I wasn’t able to find anything the knowledge hub or via quick search. Hoping others have been able to find a way.

Hey Harrison,

Service accounts use different api endpoints, so if you want to use one, you can’t use the dedicated Jira modules. You will need to use a generic HTTP module instead.
