🧠 Learn the logic behind automations with MakeFlow!

Hey Makers :waving_hand:

Today, we want to shed some light on an amazing gamified project built by one of you Makers. This impressive game will teach you the logic behind automations with practical and real exercises! :joystick:

MakeFlow is a Duolingo-style game where you can earn points and badges by playing and advancing through the levels. Plus, the content is in English and Spanish.

What is the game about?

It’s fairly simple! All you have to do is order the correct actions of an automation to complete the level!

The content is focused on different areas of use cases, such as

  • Digital Marketing and Lead Management Automations
  • E-commerce and Integrated Communication Automations
  • Digital Marketing Automations with AI
  • Intelligent Productivity and Data Management Automations
  • CRM and Marketing Automations with Holded
  • and much more!

:speech_balloon: Become one of the 3000+ users who have tried MakeFlow a try and let us know what you think or share some of your content with us!

Hi everyone :waving_hand:

I’m going through challenge “Turn Subscribers into Readers: Deliver Your Ebook Automatically” (Exercise 9/9) where you have to drag and drop the modules in the correct order.

No matter how I arrange the steps, I keep getting an error message saying I still have mistakes – even when the flow seems logically correct. I’ve tried several combinations and carefully followed the hints (webhook in GetResponse, WhatsApp template with subscriber’s name, custom phone field, etc.), but it still doesn’t validate.

Could this specific exercise be bugged or have an incorrect “official” answer?
Has anyone else run into the same issue or found an order that actually passes?

I’ve attached a screenshot of my current solution and the error message. Any guidance or confirmation that this is (or isn’t) a bug would be super helpful :folded_hands:

Hi, I’m sharing the steps for this case, as I’ve received several questions about it.

  • Detect new contact
  • Get complete details
  • Format phone number
  • Create Google contact
  • Register in CRM
  • Shorten ebook link
  • Send ebook via WhatsApp
  • Add to Facebook audience
