Looking for 1 real Make workflow case where silent failure is expensive

:bullseye: What is your goal?

I’m looking for 1 real Make scenario payload where bad AI output would actually cause downstream damage.

I’m testing a narrow execution boundary for workflows that include AI.

The question is simple:
should this continue downstream, or should it stop safely here?

I’m especially interested in scenarios like:

  • document / invoice workflows
  • routing / classification
  • anything where wrong structured output creates manual cleanup, bad routing, or broken downstream steps

 What is the problem & what have you tried?

The problem is that some workflow outputs are structured enough to continue, but still wrong in a way that causes downstream cost.

I’m looking for one real case where that matters.

What I need:

  • 1 sample payload
  • 1 target schema
  • 1 short note on downstream risk
  • polling or webhook preference

What I return:

  • succeeded or failed_safe
  • short failure classification if relevant
  • a public-safe receipt

Public kit:

:clipboard: Error messages or input/output bundles

No specific Make error message yet.

This is not a troubleshooting post for one broken scenario.
I’m looking for one real scenario input/output case where bad AI output causes downstream risk.

If useful, the case should ideally include:

  • sample input payload
  • expected target schema
  • short note on downstream failure impact
  • polling or webhook preference
