Hi, I have extensive experience with Make.com automations and can help you connect Google Drive, OpenAI, and Google Sheets seamlessly. I can solve your JSON issue so multiple photo URLs per SKU are properly sent to OpenAI for analysis, and then store the AI’s response in Google Sheets.

Hello Gakutetsu.Sai

Thank you for sharing the details of your project. I understand you’d like to build an automation in Make where:

  • Multiple photos for each SKU are stored in Google Drive.

  • The photo URLs need to be formatted into JSON and sent to OpenAI for analysis.

  • The AI-generated insights should then be registered in Google Sheets.

The main challenge you’re facing is structuring the JSON so that multiple photo URLs can be passed correctly to OpenAI. This can definitely be solved by setting up the right iterator/aggregator in Make and formatting the JSON payload properly.

I’d be glad to help you design and complete this scenario so it works seamlessly from Google Drive → OpenAI → Google Sheets. You can reach me directly through my Fiverr profile here: https://www.fiverr.com/emmanueluzordin
