Looking for Los Angeles based Make.com consultant for architecture, mentorship, and long term collaboration

Hi everyone,

I’m the founder of ZaderFlo Systems based in Los Angeles. I’m building business systems and automation solutions for service businesses and I’m looking to connect with someone who knows Make well and enjoys thinking through systems, not just executing tasks.

Right now I’m building across Make, VAPI, APIs, scheduling, onboarding flows, CRM logic, and connected automations. I’m not looking to hand everything off. I actually want to learn and build alongside someone who can help think through architecture, explain decisions, and refine systems properly.

Must be local to Los Angeles. Would love to meet in person to grab a coffee or some lunch first, talk through goals, make sure we work well together as people, and then move into technical work if it feels like a fit.

To start, I’m looking for 2–3 paid working sessions where we can whiteboard current architecture, improve or build a real workflow together, and see how we work. Long-term collaboration is absolutely possible if it ends up being a strong fit.

Compensation is flexible depending on experience, fit, and scope. For the initial working sessions, I’d love to keep things practical and use that time to see whether there’s potential for a longer-term relationship.

Instead of a resume, please send a short intro, where you’re located, your typical way of working, and a quick 3–5 minute Loom video introducing yourself and walking through a workflow or scenario you built (nothing proprietary needed).

I’m less interested in polished presentations and more interested in seeing how you think, explain, and approach building systems.
