I’m setting up a business and would like some automation help.
I have a google sites, with a membership form. The form has 3 subscriptions (free, silver, gold). I’d like to have a simple CRM build, When someone signs up on the membership form they are also directed to payment depending on the subscription, then automated welcome emails out again depending on the subscription. Auto updates of the CRM when some moves subscription or unsubscribes.
In near future may want to add whatapp and Slack and notion automation too.
I have some of this set up currently: Elfsight form> google sheets> make> mailerlite but not sure its robust enough so open to other options

As a bit of an overview, I run a full service agency catering to all of the services you have requested and am an automation specialist with different workflow automation SaaS, including Make. Check out a similar setup we strategised and developed here - Swappit.me - Siliceous Solutions.
It would be helpful for us to jump on a video call so we can run through in detail your requirements followed by a scope of work proposal.
What’s your needs of CRM? There are many pe-build solutions you can use, like Pipedrive, for example. You can select the one that fits your needs.
You can also use Airtable to build your own since this is totally adjustable and easy to use, like you are using Google Sheets.
Regarding the Subscpition and the payment link I think you can solve that using Stripe since it can mange your subscriptions, payments and invoices.
I am doing co-building sessions, so I am building solutions on the call live with you. This helps you get your solution asap while you get to know how you can update and build your own automation by yourself.
Hi @RF1 I would love to help you with your CRM needs. We can implement and out of the box solution of create a custom one using no-code tools such as Airtable.
We are a small team of make.com experts and have developed plenty of complex integrations. This project should not be a challenge to us.
