Looking to hire a Make expert to set up workflow for my electrical business

run an electrical contracting company and want to automate our admin flow. I need help setting up Make to link Gmail, Google Drive, simPRO and QuickBooks so that:

Supplier invoices/credits from email (PDFs) go to the right Drive folder, attach to the right job in simPRO, and post to QuickBooks with PDFs attached.

New simPRO jobs auto-create a folder structure in Drive.

Leads from email auto-create in simPRO.

NAPIT certs/Building Control emails auto-file and attach to jobs.

Gmail labels keep things tidy and unmatched files go to a review folder.

I want a fully automated system with minimal manual handling.
