I went through your requirement around automating Telegram with Office365 Planner, OpenAI and CloudConvert, and I can definitely help you set up a clean Make scenario to handle that workflow.
Messages or files coming from Telegram can be processed through OpenAI, converted with CloudConvert when needed, and then automatically turned into structured tasks in Planner.

From what you described, the goal would be to automate the flow between Telegram, Office365 Planner, OpenAI, and CloudConvert so tasks and files move automatically without manual work.
