Loyverse Watch Receipts Module & Error

:bullseye: What is your goal?

Goal is to map stock quantity changes from Loyverse to Woocommerce.

:thinking: What is the problem?

I have successfully set up a scenario to map stock changes from Loyverse to Woo using the Watch Loyverse Inventory trigger, but to reduce number of modules and credits I want to use the “Watch Receipts” module as a trigger. When I run the scenario using this it comes up with an error below:

[402] PAYMENT_REQUIRED
Unable to retrieve receipts created earlier than 31 days ago. Please subscribe to Unlimited sales history.

:test_tube: What have you tried so far?

The module is set to start “from now” and not backdate to receipts earlier than 31 days ago.

This a loyverse api restriction and since you have set the module “from now” it should carry on with the automation off it and turn it on again if the issue still persist let me know

Hi Simon. The only way I could get it to work was by signing up to Loyverse’s Unlimited Sales History add-on (using the 30-day trial). Even if you choose a recent date or “from now” to start the sync, it still seems to require it.

It does work using “Watch Inventory Levels” as a trigger. However, because the sync is only one-way, my client updates inventory in Loyverse when sales are made in Woo, so we’d prefer not to use every inventory change as a trigger to keep the credits down.
