First steps, first probs,

Could you please let me know what kind of permissions i need to request from IT dept in our company? Mail got authorised with no issues, when Ii try to add drive auth I got an error but with no details.  
Just to authorise [make.com](http://make.com) or i need to have some specific permissions?  
I’d like to give them specific instructions and this is providing 0 information
