What is your goal?I want mailhook to run when a new email comes in.
What is the problem?I set up the mailhook and the automation and had it active and sent a email to test but it did not run.
What have you tried so far?checked that mailhook and forwarding was correct.

just tried to run the mailhook module but it kept looking for data

Can you right-click on the Mailhook module and select Show Queue? Then switch to the Logs tab and see if you see anything that might be helpful?
Hi @Donald_Mitchell I checked the Logs tab and there was one success before I set up the rest of the automation. But I havent changed anything to the mailhook so it should be working. It works when I run the past existing data that worked before but is not running with new emails when it is active.
As long as the Mailhook is active, even if the scenario it’s attached to is inactive, it should still receive email events. Aside from sending mail to the wrong address, I can’t think of anything else that would be causing this. I would recommend opening a ticket for more help.

Have you tried by setting a new mail webhook ?
or try the different scenario to confirm that issue is on make side or the issue is from the side where you are sending the mail from
