I build AI-powered lead triage and client ops systems for small service businesses — mainly med spas and solar contractors, but the patterns transfer to most B2C service industries.
A recent build: Tally form → Gemini (spam/prompt-injection screening) → Gemini (lead scoring) → Airtable (8-field logging) → tier-matched AI-generated Gmail outreach, with error handlers logging failures to Airtable instead of silently dying. Turns a raw form submission into a scored, routed, followed-up lead with zero manual triage.
