Make freelancer needed for project

I’ve been playing around Make for i’m working on, but I’m afraid I’m stuck. I’m happy to pay for help at this point. It’s a simple workflow but I only started using Make a few days ago, so it all looks like gibberish to me.

I’d be happy to discuss the workflow in more details with any freelancer that’s interested. You can drop a response in the thread or DM me and we can get the conversation going. Looking forward to the responses.

Hey Dorian, welcome to Make. Getting lost a few days in is really normal, it throws a lot of new words at you all at once and none of them mean quite what you would expect.

Happy to help. If you want to skip a round of back and forth, tell me what the scenario is supposed to do from the first step to the last, which apps it touches, and what actually happens when you run it. Mostly I want to know whether a module turns red and hands you an error, or whether the whole thing runs green and just does not do the thing you wanted. Those are two pretty different problems. A screenshot of the scenario plus one run opened up from the History tab is usually all I need to see where it is going sideways.

I am Cindy, I run Advanced AI Automation and I am in Make most days, usually on the messier side of it like webhooks and APIs where the ready made modules do not quite cover things. Most scenarios that stall this early come down to one of a handful of causes, so there is a good chance this is quick.

Post the details here or send them over in a DM, whichever you like better, and I will get back to you quickly.

Hi! I totally get that Make can feel pretty confusing at first when you’re trying to get a workflow working and something just won’t click.

I’d be happy to take a look and help you figure out where you’re stuck. If you send me a quick description of what you want the workflow to do, which apps it connects, and what’s currently not working, I can tell you whether it’s a simple fix and what it would take to get it working.

If it’s a small job, I’m happy to keep it simple and agree on a fixed price before we start.

Hi Dorian — happy to look at the step that is blocking you. Could you share a screenshot of the scenario and the exact error, with connection details and private data hidden, plus what you expect the last step to produce? I use Codex-assisted implementation and testing. I’d first check whether this is a small repair, then agree a fixed scope and price with you in writing before changing anything.

Hi Dorian, if you can export the scenario (⋯ → Export blueprint; blueprints don’t contain your connections) and add one line on what it should do and the error you see, I’ll look for free and tell you what’s wrong.

If you want it fixed, it’s a fixed US$290 with the working blueprint, a setup note and a test log, usually within 24 hours for small fixes. Refund if it doesn’t do what we agreed.

Hi Dorian,

I saw your post about needing help with a Make.com workflow. I work with workflow automation, APIs, webhooks and data integrations, and I may be able to help you troubleshoot and complete it.

Could you send me a quick description of:

  • what the workflow should do,
  • where you’re currently stuck,
  • the apps/services involved,
  • and, if possible, a screenshot or blueprint of the scenario?

I’ll review it first and confirm whether I can handle it before we agree on the scope, price and delivery time.

I’m available to start quickly.

Hi Dorian — Tranced Media can help scope a small repair. Please share which apps are involved, what should happen, and a screenshot of the failing module or a sanitized blueprint. Remove tokens and private data, including anything hard-coded in module fields.

For a single mapping, filter or formatting issue, my indicative fixed price is EUR 25, confirmed after reviewing the example. The handover would be the corrected step or blueprint, a short explanation, and a test against your expected output. A broader workflow would need a separate agreed quote before work begins.

You can reply here or message Tranced_Media. No account password is needed to establish the scope.

Hey Dorian, happy to help.

If you’ve only been using Make for a few days, I know how confusing a workflow can look when something isn’t working as expected. I work mainly with Make and n8n, including workflow setup, API integrations, data mapping, filters, routers and troubleshooting existing scenarios.

If you want, send me a screenshot of the workflow and the error you’re getting, or just explain what you want the workflow to do. I can take a look and we can go from there.

I’ll also send you a DM so we can discuss the workflow in more detail.

Hi Dorian — I’d be happy to take a look.

Before changing anything, I’d first confirm three things: what the scenario is supposed to do, which apps it connects, and what happens when you run it now.

If you can share a screenshot of the scenario and one relevant execution from Make’s History, I can quickly determine whether this is the small troubleshooting issue you described or whether it needs a broader scope.

My approach would be to isolate the main failure first, avoid rebuilding anything that already works, make the smallest necessary correction, run a controlled test, and verify the final result.

If it turns out to be one contained issue, I’d be happy to scope it as a small fixed-price troubleshooting pilot. If it’s broader than expected, I’d tell you before expanding the work.

Best,
Hilario

Hi Dorian — if the blocker is one contained Make issue, I can scope it as a US$30 fixed troubleshooting pilot.

Please share the apps involved, the intended input → output, and the exact error or a redacted screenshot from the relevant History execution. Remove tokens and private data; I do not need your credentials to establish scope.

I’ll confirm the fixed scope, acceptance test, delivery time, and payment method before changing anything. If the workflow is broader than one issue, I’ll tell you before expanding the work.

Hi Dorian — is this still open? I’d be interested in a small, paid fix handled remotely from Taiwan through written messages. Before proposing anything, could you share the apps involved, the intended result, and the error you’re seeing, with keys and personal data removed, plus your budget and target date?

If it’s a fit, we could agree on one specific fix, a test showing the expected result, and short handover notes, with revision limits and payment timing agreed before work starts. Would AI-assisted debugging be acceptable, without sending confidential data to unapproved tools?

Hi Dorian, are you still looking for help? Send us the apps involved and one example of what should happen compared with what happens now, with private details hidden. We can review that here in writing and, if it fits, agree a small fixed price before starting. We would include instructions so you can run it yourself afterward. What budget did you have in mind?

Hi! I can help with this.

I work with Make.com building and debugging automations involving filters, routers, data mapping, webhooks, APIs, and integrations with tools like Airtable, Gmail, and CRMs.

Since your scenario is already built, I’d first take a quick look at the current setup and identify exactly where it’s failing before changing anything. If it’s a small fix, I should be able to resolve and test it quickly.

Feel free to DM me the scenario details or screenshots. I’m available to take a look today, and once I see the issue I can give you a clear fixed-price quote.

hey, just curious. is the project still available? im interested in checking out the workflow i think i can help. a few questions. what apps does it use? what is supposed to happen and what currently happens? also what is your budget? a screenshot of the workflow or error with passwords, keys, and personal information hidden would also be super useful!

Hi Dorian,

If this is still open, this sounds like the kind of bounded repair I’d take as a small fixed-price job.

Before touching anything, I’d want four things: what the scenario should do, what happens now, which apps it uses, and a sanitized screenshot/blueprint or one failed run from History.

If it turns out to be one contained issue, I can take it as a USD 50 fixed-scope diagnostic/repair: isolate the cause, fix the bounded issue where feasible, test it against the expected result, and leave you short handoff notes.

If it’s broader than that, I’ll tell you before you pay or the scope expands.

Async/written is completely fine for me.

Happy to take a look. To tell you quickly whether this is a one-step fix, could you share a screenshot of the scenario with modules visible, the exact error text or where it stops, and what the correct result should look like?

If it’s a single bounded fix, I’d quote a flat $75, paid after you confirm it runs correctly. If it needs more than that, I’ll say so upfront instead of guessing.

Hi Dorian, I’m Lee, a software engineer in Korea. Are you still looking for paid help with the workflow? Please share the apps involved, the step that is failing and one example of the expected output, with keys and personal data removed. I can review that first and propose a bounded paid fix with a repeatable test and short handover notes.

I work in written English and use AI-assisted implementation with review/testing. If async communication fits, what budget and deadline do you have? I would confirm scope, price and timing after seeing the example.
