# Make + Laravel/API Workflow Builder: Webhooks, Intake Systems, SMS/Email, Error Handling

Hi Makers! I’m Igor, a Toronto-based Laravel/API developer building workflow systems around Make.

My strongest fit is where a Make scenario needs more than a simple app-to-app chain: webhooks, custom backend logic, client intake forms, request portals, file uploads, SMS/email notifications, payment handoffs, dashboards, error logging, and clean handoff documentation.

Good-fit work:

- Make webhook workflows connected to custom backend systems
- client intake / quote / request workflows
- Gmail, Sheets, Slack, Airtable, Twilio, Stripe, Mailgun, and API integrations
- AI summaries, classification, and draft replies
- error handling, monitoring, retries, and supportable handoff
- white-label implementation for agencies and consultants

Recent proof:

- built an intake workflow system with public request links, file uploads, private no-login request pages, SMS/email updates, owner inbox, and appointment readiness checks
- built a Make bridge where a Laravel workflow sends structured events into Make for routing, Sheets logging, Gmail drafts, urgent-path handling, and incomplete-payload error handling

Best fit:  
Agencies, consultants, MSPs, and operators who already have a workflow to build or a client project to deliver.

Not a fit:  
Vague ideas, brochure websites or unpaid rev-share-only work.
