How do I replicate the daily values dsplayed in the Organization page’s chart?
- Would it help to run the scenario at the time of the Organization’s annual Usage reset?
- Rather, should I run the scenario just past midnight and set the Limit to 2 (i.e. to include the past days use?
- Possibly run just past the reset and also set the Limit to 2?
I have no idea how the “Limit” affects the timee boundaries, nor what the Org chart is using for a time box.
Context: the company’s ceo has requested an external report to monitor our daily task usage.
I have made a simple Google Sheet for this. It makes use of simple range sum formulas to get the running total and total used vs remaining, but day by day the values do not match:
My hypothesis was that running the module daily at the end of the (org tz’s) day would result in daily totals matching what is displayed in the Orgnaization page’s usage chart:
…but the numbers do not match (we actually had ~2.5k tasks used this past Thursday, January 23, 2025)
These are the settings I am using, and the scenario runs nightly at 11:55pm in the org’s time zone.

Anyone using this module or know of other means to successfully replicate accounting for the daily org chart totals?
