hi all - im going round in circles and really frustrating me - so if any one can help please cos lack of human help on these platforms is challenging at best.
USING Metricool API for context
- Trying to get Metricool insight data > Google Sheets is the primary
- Can successfully map using Instagram Evolution metric group (testing one platform first) get followers , impression and aggregated reach data
- Problem what I cant get is ENGAGEMENT data likes, comments and shares.
- Even though ‘Engagement’ option are available to ‘tick’ no data is being pulled when checking blue bubble.
- I then chat gpt some advice and saying that cant get engagement date using Instagram Evolution metric group. So created a second module (on advice from chat gpt) then using Instgram Post metric group and clicked likes , comment and shares - when run the scenario only dates show in the blue bubble and also the first module throbs when going over API options when trying to map.
