Multiple rates within Clickup – walkthrough needed!

I’m trying to use Make to allow for employees to have multiple rates within Clickup. I’ve found the following video but it lacks the steps within to do this for yourself. Is anyone able to produce a step by step guide to how I can achieve this (see video below).

Appreciate this might be simple / complicated to do but keen to learn and understand how to use Make even if in this first attempt. Thank you in advance.
