I hope this message finds you well. I am working on automating a workflow using Make.com and Microsoft To Do, but I am facing challenges in achieving the desired results. I would greatly appreciate your guidance.
Objective :
I want to track employee performance by calculating the percentage of tasks completed out of the total assigned tasks. Here’s what I aim to achieve:
- Retrieve all tasks from Microsoft To Do.
- Filter tasks based on their completion status (e.g., “Completed”).
- Count the total number of tasks and the number of completed tasks.
Generate a summary report containing:
Total tasks assigned.
Tasks completed.
Performance percentage.
Send this summary report via email using Microsoft 365 Email.
Could you please guide me step-by-step on how to set up this workflow? If there are limitations in the integration with Microsoft To Do, are there any alternative approaches you recommend for achieving this?
