I’m a learning No-Code Developer, currently building out an automated lead routing scenario here on Make.com. My trigger is supposed to watch new rows coming from a Google Sheet linked to a Google Form.
However, I’ve run into a strange roadblock on the Google Forms side while trying to submit a test response in preview mode. As you can see in the screenshot, I have filled out all the required fields and correctly selected the options, but the Submit button remains completely greyed out and disabled. It just won’t let me submit the form to send that first test data row to my sheet.
Has anyone faced this specific issue with Google Forms while setting up their Make triggers? Any workarounds or tips to fix this glitch?
Looking forward to connecting with fellow makers and automation experts here!
Thank you for the detailed breakdown, Stoyan. I verified the form architecture and thankfully there are no multi-select checkboxes or file upload fields causing array mismatch errors. The setup is processing plain text and drop-down strings correctly now after a manual test run.
Thank you for your responses. The issue resolved after re-submitting a fresh test entry directly through the form link. It appeared to be a temporary browser caching issue during the initial module configuration.
Thank you for your response, Marina. The issue resolved after I re-submitted a fresh test entry directly through the live form link. It turned out to be a temporary data pulling glitch during the initial module connection.
