What is your goal?
Hi Team,
I am setting up a B2B lead generation workflow for my logistics and warehousing business. I am using Apollo.io /lush and Make.com to automate the process.
I need guidance on how to properly map the data between these modules to ensure my leads are captured correctly. If anyone has a template or best practices for industrial lead generation scenarios, please share.
Regards,
Rakesh Shrivastava
What is the problem & what have you tried?
"I am struggling with the filter logic between Apollo.io /lush and my next module. Even after applying text and numeric filters, all rows are passing through, or the mapping isn’t capturing the specific warehouse lead data I need. I have tried adjusting the filter conditions, but the output bundle is not as expected."
Error messages or input/output bundles
The filter is not stopping any data; all bundles are passing through regardless of the conditions set. No specific error code is showing, but the logic is failing to filter the leads."

Hello @rakesh_shrivastava The issue is most likely that the filter conditions are checking fields that are coming in as a different data type than expected. For example, if a field looks like a number but is actually passed as text, a numeric filter will skip it and let everything through.
Try opening the output bundle from your Apollo module and check the format of the fields you’re filtering on before setting your conditions.
Also, I am currently working on the Make Free Plan. I want to ensure that my filters and lead generation scenario can work effectively within the limits of this plan. Looking forward to your advice."

The Free Plan should work fine for testing your filters and mapping logic… you know it is limited to 1,000 operations per month right? so make sure you’re not running large data pulls repeatedly while still setting things up… save those runs for when the logic is confirmed working.
Thank you for the guidance. I am a consultant and just starting out, so I want to ensure this workflow is successful on the Free Plan before making any larger investments. Since I am new to the technical side, I would like to offer you Team Member access to my Make account.
This way, you can securely check my Lusha settings and filters to confirm if the logic is correct for generating warehouse leads. Please let me know if you are open to this, and I will send the invite. I want to build my confidence in this setup before moving forward."
