Hi, I’d be interested in the paid audit and completion work if you’re still looking. I’ve repaired Make workflows that combine document intake, AI extraction and record updates, including a nonprofit preparation flow where I added source checks, duplicate recovery and validation before anything reached the downstream API. That flow passed sandbox testing, including malformed output and repeated submissions.
I also built a bank-statement reconciliation tool and a production business-listing workflow with duplicate protection and checks on what the destination system actually saved.
For your setup, I’d trace an application and its statements through the existing scenario, test both arrival orders, and check exactly which source is allowed to update each merchant field. The audit would give you the failing cases and a scoped repair plan, keeping the parts that already work.
I’m based in Antigua (UTC-4) and work remotely on contracts. My usual integration rate is US$50/hour; we can agree a capped audit and start date once the scope is clear. Happy to work through the brief in writing using redacted examples.

Hi @Ultra_Fund — the strongest fit here is the audit/repair part, not rebuilding what already works.
My background is about five years working directly inside SME HR/GA/operations. At CLEAR MERIT, my role is understanding the operating process, defining the source-of-truth rules, scope and acceptance criteria.
Technical implementation, testing and documentation are handled through CLEAR MERIT’s AI-assisted delivery process under my responsibility.
For your current Make + Airtable system, I’d start with a small paid audit rather than a rebuild:
$99 fixed / 2 business days
Using the Make blueprint, Airtable schema and redacted or synthetic samples only.
The audit would test:
-
duplicate merchant creation
-
application vs bank-statement source priority
-
blank fields overwriting valid values
-
merchant vs broker/funder contact contamination
-
document linking
-
repeat submissions / arrival-order differences
-
failure and error-handling paths
Deliverables:
-
source-of-truth / field-authority map
-
PASS/FAIL results for the agreed cases
-
prioritized repair findings
-
acceptance tests
-
fixed scope + price for the actual repair
No raw SSNs, unredacted bank statements or production credentials are needed for the audit.
If that works for you, the only thing I need first is: which data-integrity failure is currently causing the most trouble?

Hi Ultra_Fund — if this is still open, I’d be interested in the paid audit first rather than proposing a rebuild.
The part that fits my work best is the data-integrity side:
-
one merchant record per business
-
source precedence
-
preventing blank overwrites
-
separating merchant vs broker/funder data
-
Airtable/Drive link integrity
-
failure and retry visibility
I also want to be transparent: I wouldn’t claim an identical paid client deployment if I don’t have one to show.
For a first step, I can offer a $99 fixed audit using only:
No live credentials, real SSNs/EINs, or unredacted bank statements are needed.
The audit would return:
-
a field/source authority map,
-
PASS/FAIL tests for duplicates and blank overwrites,
-
merchant-vs-broker/funder contamination checks,
-
Airtable/Drive linking findings,
-
a prioritized repair plan.
I would quote implementation separately only after the audit shows exactly what should be changed and what is already working.
If that approach fits, I can start from one redacted application + bank-statement example and the current blueprint.
Hi, I’m Gabriel, a Solutions Architect with experience designing and troubleshooting enterprise integrations, API orchestration, cloud solutions on AWS/Azure, and AI-powered automation.
I’d be interested in the paid audit you mentioned, focusing on duplicate records, document matching, and update rules that prevent empty values from overwriting valid data. I’d propose a fixed-scope review with clear findings and prioritized recommendations before implementation.

Hi Ultra_Fund — finishing an existing Make + Airtable CRM (Gmail intake, extraction, duplicate-safe merchant records) fits a repair/audit engagement, not a rebuild.
QuietForgeTools: fixed-scope Make path repair. I can start with a short paid audit of what you built (what breaks, what to keep), then a written fixed price for only the agreed gaps.
Next step: reply with scenario export/screens plus the top 1–2 failure modes (duplicates, blank overwrites, contact mix-ups). I will confirm audit scope and price in writing first.

Hi @Ultra_Fund — AMICOR Health, LLC / AMICOR Nova can help with this.
We can start with a $195 fixed-fee audit of your existing Make + Airtable setup rather than rebuilding it.
We would review:
- merchant deduplication
- application data as the primary source
- field mapping and overwrite protection
- bank-statement extraction
- broker/funder vs. merchant identification
- Airtable/Drive document linking
- automated error handling
Deliverable: concise audit findings, prioritized fix plan, and implementation estimate.
We can begin remotely right away. For the first audit, redacted or synthetic samples are fine so sensitive information does not need to be shared initially.
If interested, reply here or message me.
Your application data will stay authoritative when later documents reach Airtable. I will finish your existing Make scenario by 17 October: one clean merchant record, separate linked statements, and blank values that cannot overwrite good data.
I built a personal proof for your exact failure cases today. Seventeen checks passed; n8n actually executed the HTTP capture and replay, and sixteen concurrent replays left one merchant. Broker contacts and orphan statements were refused before merging. The attached report shows the example and its scope.
$1,190 fixed for one current Make scenario, one Airtable base, up to fifteen merchant fields, application/statement routing, duplicate and error handling, blueprint, guide and one correction round. I preserve your existing intake and extraction route.
10 October: audit and field map. 12 October: working merge. 17 October: tested handover. Delivered to this scope or refunded in full.
Reply OK and I start tomorrow 10 October at 9am Paris.
