What is the problem & what have you tried?
I have a scenario running and I have an execution that did not give me the desired output. I would like to have the logs, but the scenario was executed on February 4, 2026, and Make tells me “lLog detail doesn’t exist” when I look at the logs.
I am all the more surprised that there is no support/chat available for Make on such a simple subject. So, frustrated, I am writing this topic to find out if anyone has a solution or a real support contact?

Also free accounts retain logs for 7 days.

If you need more advanced logs or unlimited ones- consider adding your own solution- for example, Google Sheets or Airtable-based.
This is especially useful when combined with error handlers to store incomplete executions or unusual situations that require attention.
It could also be useful for AI workflows to perform A/B tests.
