Notion On-Demand Trigger

I was wondering if I set up my Notion trigger wrong for this scenario. I want it to start when I create a database item in Notion, and I thought the on-demand trigger setting would allow me to not have to use check runs/operations at regular intervals. Is this feature not available to free users?

On-demand is basically a manual trigger. So better you should schedule the scenario for pre-defined intervals.

On demand you have to run the scenario manually.
You can set it to run “Every day” specific time or “At regular intervals”.
