Notion Search Objects: filter body sent without property type (400 validation error)

 What is the problem & what have you tried?

Hello,

The Notion “Search Objects” module consistently fails as soon as a filter is defined. Notion returns a 400 error indicating that body.filter.or[0] does not contain any property type — title, rich_text, number, formula, unique_id, and all others are reported as undefined.

Tested configuration:

Search Objects: Data Source Items
Data source ID: 321e2069-5ab2-80d7-999e-000b8cb62057 (entered manually — searching by name returns no results, even though the connection successfully accesses this database)
Filter: single rule

Three combinations tried, same error each time:

Property Ref. Pennylane (type formula) + operator Formula: String - Equals + value AL-1
Property Project Code (type Unique ID) + operator Number - Equals + value 1
Property Ref. Pennylane + Text:Equals operator + AL-1 value

The module executes and successfully reaches the Notion API, but the request body is sent without a property type, regardless of the operator selected in the interface.

Two questions:

Why isn’t the property type being passed in the request body?

The connection is currently in “Database (Legacy)” mode, and the module is signaling a switch to “Data Source.” Could this incompatibility explain the problem? Does the connection need to be recreated?

Thank you.
