This is a live-building session, where you’ll learn through a hands-on approach what an AI Agent does, what are its key components, and you’ll be guided step by step in building a simple use case.
After the session, Ben will stick around to answer all your questions about the Make AI Agent.

We’ll be joined by Benjamin Potet, Customer Experience Solution Architect at Make (based in Paris). With years of experience in API Management and Integration, Benjamin is known for helping teams turn complex problems into simple, scalable automations. He likes to joke that he has an automation for everything—except deciding which one to build next. Expect a lot of practical, easy-to-apply insights.
