OpenAI API Integration Assistance for Make.com Scenario

Hello,

I am currently experiencing an issue with integrating OpenAI’s API into my Make.com automation scenario. Despite following the correct steps and ensuring my API key and Organization ID are entered correctly, I am encountering the following error:

“Account doesn’t exist: Connection not found ‘openai-gpt-3:2994884’”

Additionally, I am unable to save my scenario, as the error is preventing me from completing the process. I have tried various troubleshooting methods, but I am unsure where the issue lies.

I need assistance with the following:

  • Troubleshooting the OpenAI API connection setup in Make.com.

  • Verifying the correct configuration of my API key, Organization ID, and permissions.

  • Finding out why I am unable to save my scenario.

  • If possible, scheduling an online session to walk through the issue together. I am willing to pay for this service if needed.

If you have experience with OpenAI API integrations in Make.com, I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

AND if this process dont work for you,
make sure you have not completely used all your OpenAi credits

check your OpenAi expire date to be sure
