OpenAI error 429: quota exceeded on prompt (RESOLVED)

Good day, folks, I am trying to connect my paid chatgpt to Basecamp as a part of the following scenario:

Scenario to achieve

  1. when a new task is created in basecamp and assigned to me, it is sent to ChatGPT
  2. ChatGPT then analyzes the content and creates a step-by-step to-do list with assignments (what should I do and what needs to be done by someone else.)
  3. then create a new database entry in notion with the Basecamp page name
  4. in that entry page, create a summary of the task and a to-do list
  5. provide suggestions and sources for each of the tasks that I should do
  6. for each to-do, suggest a healthy time to complete
  7. search my calendar and create a blocker for each task with all the infromation in event description

Current situation
I am currently stuck on making ChatGPT analyse the content in step 2 - I have set up Basecamp alright and added a filter to only consider tasks assigned to me, but when it gets to the part to send the data to ChatGPT, I get the 429 quota exceeded error, despite being on a paid plan with API created and 0/5$ usage cost spent.

ChatGPT settings
The prompt I am using is as follows, with 0 tokens (unlimited) MAX quota:

You will receive a task description from Basecamp. Your task is to analyse the content and break it down into a step-by-step actionable to-do list. For each step, categorize the task as either something I (the user) need or have proficiency to do (as a Marketing and communication manager) or something that should be delegated to someone else (with suggestion, such as graphic design, financial director etc.) in our full-service marketing agency. After creating the to-do list, provide the following in Czech language:

  1. A brief summary of the task.
  2. A clear, numbered to-do list with task assignments:
    • For tasks assigned to me, include “@Majk Ĺ enkeřík” at the end.
    • For tasks to delegate, include “(Delegate)” at the end.
  3. For each task assigned to me, provide any relevant suggestions, best practices, or useful resources to help complete it efficiently. Use 300 characters at maximum.
  4. Estimate the time needed to complete each task assigned to me, using a practical and healthy approach.

Example output:

Task Summary:
Summarize the task in 1-2 sentences.

To-Do List:

  1. Task step 1 @Majk Šenkeřík — [Suggestions and resources].
    • Estimated time: X hours.
  2. Task step 2 (Delegate).
  3. Task step 3 @Majk Šenkeřík — [Suggestions and resources].
    • Estimated time: Y hours.

Use this structure for every task description you receive.

What am I doing wrong? Thank you kindly.

Welcome to the Make community!

ChatGPT doesn’t work on Make

“ChatGPT” (including Plus) and “OpenAI GPT models” are two separate products. Did you confuse these two?

The consumer chat “ChatGPT” at chatgpt.com is NOT compatible with Make.

Make uses the “OpenAI GPT models”, only accessible via the OpenAI developer platform.

OpenAI APIs for developer (commercial) use does not have any free plan

To resolve this issue,

  1. You can buy credits on the OpenAI Developer Dashboard, under Accounts

    Billing page

  2. Next, go to the Usage Limits page, and set the Monthly budget field to the same as the value above (e.g.: 120), then save your changes.
