Hi, I use OpenRouter and would like to set other models there, such as GPT5.1 or now Gemini 3. You can see the models on OpenRouter itself. However, I can’t select them on Make.com (yet). Is this normal and how long does it usually take?

Below the model selector there is a disclaimer:
The dropdown shows the top 20 models on OpenRouter but you can map any available model.
All you need to do is:

Optional. Run “List models” module

Optional. and find the ID of your desired model.

In your OpenRoute module switch to “map” in Model field

Paste your desired model ID
If you are using multiple OpenRouter modules across your scenario- consider adding a Set multiple variables module before the 1st OpenRouter and store the desired model ID there. Then simply map it to all your modules. With this approach, you will be able to quickly update the model for the whole workflow.
