Parse a french text into a date DD/MM/YYYY

Hello,

I have difficulties to parse a french date - ex : lundi 13 février 2025 - into a DD/MM/YYYY date (13/02/2025 in this example).
I tried to use a “Set Variable” tool but I can’t find the correct formula.
