# Problem automatisation api

I want to automate the synchronization between two fields in Make and Airtable. I have a “date” field and a “selection” field that contain the same information. I would like the “selection” field to be automatically updated with the same value as soon as the “date” field is filled. How can I achieve this?

HI @farah ,

I don’t quite understand what you are asking. Are you asking how to trigger a Make scenario when a value changes in Airtable? I believe there is an Automation feature in Airtable that allows you to do that. But then, I think you can also share data in table cells so that one change shows up immediately in the other.
