Issue Summary

I am experiencing a problem with OAuth2 connections in the HTTP module.

Behavior:

  • I create or select an OAuth2 connection successfully.
  • The connection appears normally.
  • A few seconds later, the Credentials field becomes empty and the selected connection disappears from the HTTP module.
  • No authentication error is displayed.

Troubleshooting already performed:

  • Cleared browser cache.
  • Tested in incognito/private mode.
  • Tested with different browsers.
  • Tested on a different computer.
  • Created a completely new Make account.
  • Created new scenarios from scratch.
  • Created new OAuth2 connections from scratch.
  • The issue persists in all cases.

Additional Information:

  • The problem is not limited to a specific connection.
  • I have also noticed abnormal behavior affecting HTTP modules and Data Structures.
  • Because the issue occurs across different accounts, browsers, computers, and newly created scenarios, it does not appear to be related to local cache or workspace configuration.

Expected Behavior:

  • The selected OAuth2 connection should remain attached to the HTTP module after being selected and saved.

Actual Behavior:

  • The connection disappears from the Credentials field a few seconds after being selected, making the scenario unusable.

Have you created a new connection or where you re-using an existing one? I couldn’t reproduce it yet. You can open a ticket with the Customer Care team.This community consists of Make users and enthusiasts who can help you only so far. The official Make support has access to internal systems and logs, and can help you with technical issues, bugs, and all other questions regarding Make.

When you get the issue resolved, feel free to post it in the community to contribute.
