Scenario help: Updating Masterlist from Sales Log based on Product Code

I am looking for some help with a Make scenario I’ve built to manage my inventory.

:bullseye: What is your goal?

When I mark an item as “SOLD” in my Sales Log, I want the scenario to find the matching product code in my Masterlist and update the status there automatically.

The problem is:

  1. Reliability: It works occasionally, but often fails to trigger or update.
  2. Batching: Currently, it seems to only handle one update at a time (“1 to 1”). I would like it to process all “SOLD” items in the sheet at once when the scenario runs.

I have attached my current blueprint/screenshots of my modules below. If anyone could take a look and let me know where I am going wrong, I would appreciate it!

Hey there,

and can the dropdown in the second sheet be changed separately?

I mean will it ever change only when you change the value in the first sheet or are there other situations where it can change independently of what is happening in the first sheet?
