Scenario to select a folder from the local HD and select the names of the files within the folder and generate a TXT of these names

What are you trying to achieve?

Can Make use a single piece of information, a cell filled in from a Google Sheet, to search a local folder on my HD, to select the names of the files within that folder, and finish filling out this spreadsheet with the names of these files?
Example: cell D4 in the Panilha with the tab name “Jose”, does any automation go into a local folder on my HD called “Jose” and search for a subfolder with the same content as cell D4 and then yes, the contents of that folder, it selects the file names and fills in the same spreadsheet, starting each name in a certain cell and continuing in the cells below for each file name contained in that selected folder?

Steps taken so far

I haven’t done anything yet, I don’t know if Make can do that for me!

No, it has to be done through a cloud file-syncing software like Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.

If you want to process files locally on your computer, try using the command line or PowerShell scripts.
