# Send data to Asana from from website

Team,

I have an ASANA form and a a custom website. The website has a link to popup an Asana form, but needs the data in my website to “seed” the Asana form.

How do I pass data from my website to Asana form? Please note I can’t create task in Asana util the form displays the data for user to click Submit/Save.

Does your tool allow for populating the Asana form if data is sent to it? do I pass the data in JSON so the Asana fields can be populated?

Please advice on best approach.
